An exceptional pair of traditional English-style wooden armchairs featuring elegant frames, gently curved arms, decorative carved spindle backs and distinctive sabre-shaped front legs with scrolled feet.
The chairs have beautifully woven natural rush seats and richly patinated timber in warm, mottled tones of honey, chestnut and deep brown. The characterful finish highlights the grain and gives the chairs a lovely aged appearance.
Classic, timeless pieces that would work beautifully in a country house, traditional interior or eclectic contemporary setting.
Beautiful wear to arms particularly on one of the chairs, as expected due to age
