SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. WHERE WE SHIP

We ship Australia-wide. 

Small/medium pieces may ship with Australia Post or standard couriers. 

Large or fragile items (most furniture) ship with specialist furniture carriers.


2. DISPATCH (HANDLING TIME)

Orders are usually prepared and booked with a carrier within 2–4 business days of payment. 

If we need extra time to prepare a large or delicate piece, we’ll let you know.


3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

The timeframes below are estimates only and can vary with carrier capacity, weather, and regional/remote routing:

• NSW/VIC: 3–7 business days  

• QLD/SA: 5–10 business days  

• WA/TAS/NT: 7–14 business days  

Remote/rural areas may take longer. Tracking or a delivery ETA will be provided where available.


4. RATES & QUOTES

Shipping is calculated at checkout for eligible items. 

Bulky/oversize or fragile pieces may require a manual quote; if so, we will email you to confirm the courier price before dispatch. 

Regional/remote surcharges may apply. If you purchase multiple items going to the same address, contact us—where practical we’ll combine shipments to reduce cost.


5. DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

Large items require street-level access and safe parking close to your entrance. Standard service is ground-floor, door-to-door. 

Stairs, tight access, lifts, additional labour, delivery beyond the front door, assembly, or rubbish removal are not included unless quoted in advance by the carrier.

You (or an authorised person) must be available to receive the delivery during the window advised by the carrier. Missed deliveries may incur redelivery or storage fees charged by the carrier.


6. AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)

If you provide ATL, the carrier may leave the parcel at your address without a signature. 

Risk passes on delivery under ATL and we are not responsible for loss or theft after the item is left. If you do not grant ATL, a signature will be required.


7. CLICK & COLLECT (PICK-UP BY APPOINTMENT)

Pick-up is available by appointment from Wahroonga NSW 2076. 

Please email or call to arrange a time and bring photo ID and your order confirmation. For safety, bring suitable transport, blankets and tie-downs; we cannot load roof racks.


8. ADDRESS CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

If you need to change the delivery address or date after booking, tell us as soon as possible. Re-routing or rescheduling may attract carrier fees which are payable by the customer. 

Orders cannot be cancelled once a carrier has been booked, except as required by law.


9. INSPECTION ON DELIVERY & TRANSIT DAMAGE

Please inspect your item at delivery. If there is any visible damage, note it with the driver (if possible), photograph the packaging and the item, and contact us promptly—ideally within 48 hours—with your order number and photos.

Keep all packaging until your case is resolved; carriers may need to inspect it.

Where the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) requires it, we will provide an appropriate remedy (repair, replacement if available, or refund). See our Returns Policy for details.


10. RISK, TITLE & INSURANCE

Title passes to you on full payment. 

Risk passes on delivery (including ATL) or on collection for pick-ups. 

If you would like transit insurance for a high-value piece, let us know prior to dispatch and we’ll arrange a quote where available.


11. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not currently ship outside Australia.
