A special double sided rug, made in only one place in the world, Moldova. Woven on a loom by nuns in a Moldovan monastery this piece was created in the 1940s and is in gorgeous condition. Featuring colourful flowers on a rich green background with a mustard yellow boarder, the colours have retained their intensity and the crocheted edges are immaculate. No visible knots. 3 metres x 1.6 metres wide
