Change or Cancellation of Orders
Changes and cancellations are possible within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, we are likely to have dispatched your order. Once your items have left our warehouse changes to your order cannot be made.
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all returns excluding lighting for items returned within 7 days of purchase, less freight. Please phone or email us to let us know that you are returning the product, complete the Returns Form and attach it to each item being returned.
All costs associated with returning the product is to be the purchaser’s responsibility and the item must be returned in its original packaging both unused and undamaged.
Out of Stock Items
Two Girls will contact you immediately should you have purchased an item that is out of stock, or unavailable.
We will discuss with you your options for choosing an alternative item or where possible putting an order in for the original item. If you choose to put in an order for the original item we will give you an estimated time for filling the order.
If neither of these options is suitable, Two Girls will also allow you to cancel your order with a full refund given.
Two Girls reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice at our discretion.
